The following links point to lists of words which are needed to input for each lesson within Understanding Math™. The Word Bank is organized by program, and then further broken down by topic.

We have just recently updated our Word Bank, as of October 2008. The Word Bank is now organized by program and topic. It is now current with Understanding Math 2008.

The word lists are stored in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). PDF files preserve the look of the printed publication so that when you load an Adobe Acrobat document from this site, you can view and print it in its original layout and design. Unlike HTML (HyperText Markup Language: the Web standard and the format immediately readable by all browsers), PDF files can be viewed and printed a page at a time with original page numbering.

At the request of our website visitors, we also offer the word bank files in Microsoft Word (doc) format. However, we recommend that users download the PDF versions.

Most users' systems will already support PDF files. If your browser doesn't recognize the Adobe Acrobat format, you can download the free software from the Adobe website. The reader is available for all popular computer platforms, including Windows, Macintosh, and Linux.
